When a chemical spill occurs, untrained personnel can easily worsen the situation — leading to increased injuries and casualties, plant shutdowns, and even significant environmental impacts.
To ensure companies can take immediate and effective control of the incident site, we have designed a Chemical Spill Emergency Response Training Program. This program helps personnel understand the concept of “incident zoning” and master “emergency response procedures,” thereby strengthening their on-site response capabilities.

ALOHA: Elevating Risk Assessment and Emergency Planning to a New Scientific Level
ALOHA is a powerful chemical gas dispersion modeling software that can accurately predict the range and severity of impact when toxic gases or flammable substances are accidentally released. It is not a passive reporting tool — it is an active risk assessment and emergency planning platform.

Optimizing Protection Under Limited Budgets: The Combined Use of F&EI and CNS 3376-10
In factory safety assessments, achieving the best protective outcome within a limited budget is a common challenge for many companies.
One of the most effective strategies is to first use the Fire and Explosion Index (F&EI) as a preliminary screening tool. This approach moves beyond traditional rule-of-thumb assessments. F&EI is a globally recognized quantitative risk assessment method that can quickly identify high-risk areas within a facility, allowing companies to prioritize resources for the most hazardous processes and equipment.
Once the F&EI score distribution is determined, we can then conduct a detailed zoning analysis using CNS 3376-10 for those high-risk areas. This includes calculating hypothetical gas volumes and evaluating gas retention times. Although this step is more complex, it only needs to be performed for a limited number of high-risk zones, significantly saving time and assessment costs.
