Employers shall establish various management plans for occupational safety and health in accordance with Article 23-1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, including the following:

 

  • The identification, evaluation and control of the working environment or operational hazards.
  • The management of machinery, equipment or apparatus.
  • Classification, labeling, identification and management of hazardous chemicals.
  • Sampling strategy planning and monitoring of hazardous working environment.
  • The hazardous workplace process or construction safety assessment.
  • Purchasing management, contracting management and change management.
  • Safety and health operation standards.
  • Regular inspection, key inspection, operation inspection and on-site inspection.
  • Safety and health education and training.
  • Management of personal protective equipment.
  • Health examination, management and promotion.
  • Collecting, sharing, and utilizing safety and health information.
  • Emergency response measures.
  • Occupational disasters, false alarms, and incidents affecting physical and mental health shall be investigated, handled, and statistically analyzed.
  • Safety and health management records and performance evaluation measures.
  • Other safety and health management measures.
  • Contractual management plan.
  • Emergency response plan.
  • Hazard prevention plan for confined space.
  • Fall hazard prevention plan.
  • Human-caused hazard prevention plan.
  • Disease prevention plan for abnormal work load.
  • Preventive plan against unlawful interference in the performance of duties.
